Simulate a transaction without creating it, to preview its estimated
execution result such as balance changes or the reason it would fail.

Nothing is persisted: no transaction is created, no policy or approval is
evaluated, and no nonce is consumed. A transaction the network would reject
still returns a successful response, with the reason reported in
transaction_simulation.error.
