Manually publishes a signed transaction to the blockchain. This endpoint synchronously broadcasts the transaction to the network and returns the updated transaction details. The transaction must be fully signed before publishing.
Note: Currently only available for EVM-compatible blockchains. Support for additional blockchains will be added in future releases.
